The Speaker
Suffolk did not implement Vena in one go. They built it out over several phases: project P&Ls for forecasting and reporting, then Exposure Recovery, WIP forecasting and General Requirements forecasting, with consolidated reporting across all of it. The work spans more than 100 jobsites with inconsistent business processes and imperfect source data.
Benjamin partnered with the business through each phase and runs the result. We will talk through the journey with him, then open the floor. Most of the session is yours.
Agenda for the Session
- What the reporting and forecasting landscape looked like before, and where it kept breaking
- Where they started, and why that first build came first
- What it took to make it work across 100+ jobsites with imperfect data
- Why the scope kept expanding, and what each phase added
- What has changed for the finance team now it is live
- Open questions from the floor
If you are evaluating Vena, this is your chance to hear from the person who built it and lives with it. Not the business case, the reality of running it.
Who should attend
Finance leaders, FP&A managers, reporting teams, and transformation stakeholders looking to improve planning and decision support.
